Prop65Kit is a Shopify theme app extension that displays the California Proposition 65 warning on product pages.

The app does not collect, store, or transmit any shopper personal data. The warning is rendered entirely inside the merchant's theme — no shopper information ever reaches our servers.

Data we store

We store only the merchant's shop domain and an encrypted API token, which are required for the app to run. We never read or store customer or order data.

Data deletion

When the app is uninstalled, Shopify notifies us and the shop record is deleted from our database. There is no shopper data to delete.

For access, deletion, or privacy requests, contact the merchant that operates the Shopify store or the app support email listed on the Shopify App Store page.
